The Children's Meditation App is a thoughtfully designed health and wellness application tailored for children aged 3 to 12 years. It offers a variety of resources including audio stories, lessons, daily meditations, yoga poses, and calming music aimed at fostering a positive meditative experience.

Here are some key features to enhance the user experience:

 Daily Meditations: Organized into Focus, Calm, and Sleep categories. Each category will ultimately contain 30 unique meditations. Children can choose to engage with them in any order as they do not build sequentially.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stories: Categorized into six distinct groups, all stories are curated to be child-safe and accessible. Each category is indicated by an icon that reflects its thematic focus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cool Cat Classes: These sequential classes introduce children to meditation through engaging activities, starting with Cool Cat Class 1.
 </li>
 <li>
 Music: Features original compositions specifically created to support focus, calmness, and sleep.
 </li>
 <li>
 Yoga Yay! Provides guidance through various yoga poses. Users can select a pose directly or engage in a game that assigns random poses for exploration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Rewards System: Encourage participation by rewarding children with stars for completing meditations, stories, or classes. The system resets after five stars are earned, allowing for personalized rewards to be introduced.
 </li>

Please note that to earn rewards, children must complete the full sessions of daily meditations, stories, or lessons without skipping or fast-forwarding.
